I think if you know Rufus you can tell, I grew up with my mother loving him, so for me it was obvious..Not meaning to come off a dickhead. But anyway, this sound is beautiful, I can’t stop listening<3
It is -__-
it’s not rufus !!!
Haven’t heard much of the new one. First heard them on Cripple and the Starfish and was amazed. The new one sounds different, like a shaky soprano opera, doesn’t suit my taste so much.
So simple, so riveting. Rufus’ mesmerizing voice…And emotional melody…
yeah, when i wrote it i knew the name was wrong…
Have you got the new Anthony & The Johnstons.
Antony Hegarty, to nitpick, ha. But yeah, I put it on when I’m serving too and everyone just takes a minute to listen to it.
I utterly adore this song!
when i first heard this i didnt know that it was Wainwright and thought, jeez Antony Doherty has some range…still its a great song, and i put it in a complination i made for my shift down my local Public house, and everyone double orders when this song comes on. ITS ACE
sono felice, anche a me provoca sempre una profonda emozione ascoltarla.
It was in this song that I first heard Rufus’ voice and I firstly thought it was Thom Yorke’s. Then fell in love with Rufus (and Antony too). I’ll never forget. It’s something really touching.
