The ‘Poisonous Poets’ are a group of young men who first started to explore music production, lyric writing and performance techniques in the summer of 2006 when they created and performed a track in front of over a thousand people at the Planet Sound “Spectrums of Sound” Showcase at the Victoria Hall. In the spring of 2007 they teamed up with artists from Planet Sound Community Arts, staff from the Potteries Museum and Art Gallery and BBC Radio Stoke, to take part in the ‘Icons of Heritage’ project and step up their creative game.
